Our packages are designed to give you the most space and time at the best value, but some events have different needs for time and space. We have those covered as well.
Below are options for hourly and daily rental options for venue or space only.

Bluestem Venue
Our Bluestem Venue is perfect for groups up to 225.
Floor to ceiling windows overlook the lake and bring the outdoors in, and the patio lets you flow seamlessly in and out to enjoy a beautiful sunset.
This is a perfect options for weddings, corporate parties, charity fundraisers, and banquets.
What you get when you rent the Bluestem:
Farmhouse wood tables and x-back chairs up to 225.
Your ability to choose a licensed and insured caterer.
Buffet tables provided for your caterer.
Indoor handicap accessible bathrooms.
Full bar service and trained bartenders available for beverage purchases.
Outdoor patio with café lights
Caterer has access to prep kitchen.
Pricing:
Monday - Thursday
Hourly - $250 an hour (4 hour minimum)
Full Day 8am-12:30am $3,750.00 All venue only weddings are considered a full day.
Weekends and Holidays -
Hourly- $325 an hour (4 hour minimum) email for availability. Hourly venue rental on the weekend is only available at 60 days or less out.
Full Day 8am-12:30am $4,250.00 All venue only weddings are considered a full day.
*Set up and tear down time must be included in rented hours.
**Music and entertainment cannot go later than Midnight.
***Bar must close 20 minutes before music ends.

Prairie Rose
Prairie Rose is the perfect venue for groups of 50 or less. Multiple rooms make this a great space for life events like Baby showers, Meetings, and family gatherings.
Prairie Rose is also the venue that we use for Elopements and Micro weddings when held indoors.
What you get when you rent Prairie Rose:
Seating for up to 50 that includes farmhouse tables and x-back chairs.
Kitchenette area with Fridge, Microwave, and sink.
Your may choose to self cater with signed contract or have a licensed and insured caterer.
You may self serve non alcoholic beverages.
Alcoholic beverage packages available for purchase through Prairie Shores
Lounge area with large TV

Indoor restroom
Pricing:
Monday-Thursday between 8am-10pm
Hourly - $50 an hour (4 hour min.)
Weekends and Holidays - between 8am-midnight
Hourly -$85 an hour (4 hour min.)
Weekend and Holidays are only able to be booked 45 days or less out. email for availability.
Set up and tear down hours must be included in rental hours.

Prairie Sage or Outdoor Space
Whether for a ceremony, performance, or gathering we have a perfect space indoors or out.
The whitewashed walls and raised stage of Prairie Sage make the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony, awards ceremony, or performance.
Our outdoor space can be set up for ceremony, outdoor concert or performance as well with outdoor seating and portable stage.
6 hours $1,500.00
8 hours $1,750.00
10 hours $2,200.00
Prices include chairs set up and torn down by Prairie Shores Staff.
Stage use indoors or out.
*No Food and or Beverages to be served in Prairie Sage without written approval from Prairie Shores.
**If food is required it must be from licensed and insured vendors.
**All alcohol must be served by Prairie Shores.
**Email for availability. May be booked in advance for Monday-Thursday. Weekends and Holidays can only be booked 60 days or less out.
